2. Research Use Only

All products supplied by Axiom are sold strictly as research compounds for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. Our products are:

• Not medicinal products and have no marketing authorisation under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
• Not food, food supplements, cosmetics, or borderline substances.
• Not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, or application of any kind.
• Not tested or approved for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or any in vivo use.

By placing an order you warrant that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that the products will be used solely for laboratory research and not for human or animal use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age and that any information you provide is accurate.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email; this confirmation is not acceptance of your offer. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect intended use outside the research framework set out above.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept payment via the payment methods displayed at checkout. Title to the goods passes to you on full payment and dispatch.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or equivalent. Estimated delivery times are stated at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel and return goods are set out in our Refund Policy. For reasons of integrity and safety, sealed sterile products that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned.

8. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and certificates of analysis are accurate. Slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur. Certificates of analysis are made available per batch via our COA Documents page.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from any use of our products outside their stated research-only purpose. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and the Axiom name — is owned by Axiom Research Peptides Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce or use any of this content without our prior written consent.
