Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Each vial is labelled with its batch number before dispatch, and the certificate of analysis for that batch is published and available to download.

Orders are normally dispatched within one working day of payment confirmation. Pre-order items are dispatched when stock arrives; the product page states this clearly before you order.

Delivery service

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched. Packaging is plain and unbranded.
