Refund Policy

This policy sets out your rights to cancel an order, return goods, and receive a refund. It operates alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at orders@axiompeptides.co.uk with your order number before the 14-day period ends.

2. Returning Goods

After cancelling, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Goods must be returned:

  • Unopened, in their original sealed packaging.
  • With the tamper-evident seal intact.
  • In a saleable condition.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, integrity, and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Sealed sterile products where the seal has been broken.
  • Vials that have been opened, reconstituted, or used.
  • Products that show signs of tampering.

This is consistent with regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or, where applicable, evidence of return). Refunds cover the price of the goods plus standard delivery charges; expedited shipping is not refundable unless the issue was our fault.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email orders@axiompeptides.co.uk with:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for return.
  • Photos if items are damaged or incorrect.

We will respond within 2 working days with return instructions.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
